The Spartan Method Monthly Coaching

​This is a monthly program custom built around your #1 objective. You pay monthly and can continue as long as you like or exit the program at any time. No long term commitments are required. This program is for you if:

  1. You're a take charge, action-oriented person who is self-motivated and will keep the progress moving between calls.
  2. Your primary goal can be either fat loss or building muscle. Difficulty building muscle mass and excess stored belly fat are both indications of low testosterone.

How it Works

There are four main elements to your custom coaching calls:
  • A Monthly 50 minute phone/skype call where your goals are transformed into a detailed plan with action items for you to get done between calls. The call is recorded and sent to you after each call.
  • Weekly email accountability where I follow up with you to ensure the action items you committed to are getting done and there are no roadblocks.
  • Daily priority email support where you can ask as many questions as you have and get an expedited answer to keep your progress moving.
  • Once a Month, a physical book is sent to your home​ for you to read and we'll discuss in future calls. I select books that I believe will be relevant to your goals and helpful for you to gain a broader understanding of the topic.
