Sorry for the vague answer but it depends. Numbers get thrown around but if you're really overweight, losing to 5 to 5.5 lbs of fat equates to about 1 inch lost from your belly. It's an estimate. You can expect to lose 1 to 2 pounds of fat per week in the early weeks (again this is providing you have a lot of fat to lose) and then slow down into the 0.5 to 1 pound of fat lost per week. Again, this is an estimate. But slow and steady is the way to go.

Probably but I can't say for sure. It's typical to see a correlation between Low T and guys with big bellies. One doesn't cause the other but rather both have the same lifestyle factors driving them. So when you address your diet and exercise and stress factors, you'll see a reduction in belly fat and probably an improvement in testosterone. But again, I can't say that definitely.
